This was the first time I used a DS18B20 temperature sensor or the one-wire protocol. With micro python it was fairly straightforward. This series will continue with micro python, and after we have a working prototype and the hardware is set, I will attempt to use C/C++ to rewrite the code. I will clean up and optimize the code towards the end of the project. I think it would be best to dedicate one video to code cleanup / optimization.
