It’s easier to achieve color fastness compared to coffee dyeing, making it a great option for dyeing! Also, while the persimmon dye dries, I’ll show you how to make a fermented food called “lemon koji.” Both processes harness the power of fermentation to bring out distinctive colors and flavors.
