Kacche Aam ka Achar - Chatpat Fatafat Instant Achar | Raw Mango Pickle Recipe | स्वाद वाला आम का अचार सबसे आसान तरीके से | Aam ka achar Recipe | आम
It took me just 15 mnutes to make this raw mango instant achaar. For best results, give it 2-3 hours of rest so mango gets little soft. And then Enjoy.
Ingredients :
1 Raw Mango, cut into small cubes
2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
1.5 tbs Red Chilli Powder
Salt as per taste
Approx 1 tbs lukewarm Oil
Method :
Take 1 Raw Mango, cut into small cubes and keep aside
Heat the pan
Dry roast 2 tsp Methi Dana & 1 tsp Rai
Turn off the heat when it slightly changes its color
Let it cool down
Coarsely grind in a mixer jar
Transfer this mixture in a mixing bowl
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
Add 1.5 tbs Red Chilli Powder
Add Salt as per taste
Add approx 1 tbs lukewarm Oil and mix it well
Add chopped Raw Mango and give it a good mix
For best results, leave this achar for 2-3 hours and then serve
