In this episode I'll be setting up the over range CVT and kick start for the Malossi RC-One scooter engine. I'll show you the entire process of installing the CVT and some checks that should be done. The rear pulley, torque driver and variator are shown in detail. Then I'll try out a new (to me) tool for installing the kick start return spring and show the setup of the kickstart and CVT cover as well as the CVT air filter.
