1. As far as it is possible to do it remotely, explore the city where you plan to live, from the point of view of security and amenities of the areas. That is, the presence of nearby medical institutions, schools and universities (if relevant), sports grounds and parks, as well as the absence of dangerous areas nearby.
2. Find temporary housing (1-3 months) in the area of interest in the area you are interested in.
