In this solo survival adventure, I discovered a mysterious and ancient cave hidden deep in the wilderness. The cave features a central stone pillar and a large natural skylight in its ceiling — clear signs of its historical and possibly sacred past. I transformed this forgotten place into a secure off-grid shelter using only natural materials like stone, wood, and clay.
I sealed the cave’s entrance with a handmade wall, crafted a strong wooden door and window, and ensured the shelter is safe from wolves and jackals. On the second day, I built a primitive bed out of rocks and dirt, and designed a unique suspended fireplace with a chimney connected to the skylight for ventilation.
This project is a true example of bushcraft, self-reliance, and living alone in harmony with nature.
