Video Not Working? Fix It Now

I like documenting my journey as a competitive athlete. It helps to talk things out even if I am encountering numerous obstacles. I suffered from my stress fracture at the end of June but continued to train sporadically through that injury until the stress fracture was confirmed by a doctor in mid September. After a full 3 months off running, I recently got the results of my 2nd MRI, and they said my injury is mostly healed. I'm cleared to test it soon. My ankle is not "back to normal" and probably never will be. Consistent physical therapy is still needed for that issue but hopefully the stress fracture in my tibia will not come back. Having a baby has been very difficult. Being a father is a rewarding experience, but it has forced me to ditch the selfish athlete "train at at all costs" mentality. Hoping I can develop a new training routine overtime.
