Here is my Rebounder Workout With Weights/ No Talking Workout/ Core/HIIT CARDIO Video. This Trampoline Cardio Workout will get you sweating and tone your arms. This High Intensity Interval Cardio workout has 5 circuits of 2 moves in each one. We will work through each circuit two times and then we will do a sprint variation on time. The timer will be on for 45 secs of work with 15 secs rest. We will finish with a short core finisher and a stretch. Let me know how it goes!
