For ~12 pieces (~420g):
Dough:
- 1 egg
- 50g sugar
- 70 ml vegetable oil
~ 170-0g flour(-+)
- 1 tsp. baking powder (5-6g)
- vanillin (1g) or vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
- a pinch of salt

Filling:
- 150g berries (I have frozen red currants)
- 100g sugar
- 1 tbsp. l starch
- 50g walnuts

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~15-20 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven!
