材料:
無核紅棗 180 克
清水 400 毫升
片糖 520 克
清水 600 毫升
糯米粉 450 克
澄麵粉 225 克
生油 少許 (蒸盆搽油用)
Ingredients:
180 grams dried red dates (without seeds)
400 ml water
520 grams brown sugar in piece
600 ml water
450 grams glutinous rice flour
225 grams wheat starch
2 grams vegetable oil (brush steam pan)
