Ingredients :
1 kg Tomatoes
15 Kaju
3 - 4 tbsp Melon seeds
4 - 5 Dry Red chili
10 Green chilli
Small peice of Ginger
3 Laddle Oil
3 Bay leaf
10 - 15 Black pepper corn
7 - 8 Cloves
Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Turmeric pwd
2 tsp Dhaniya jeera pwd
2 tsp Red chili pwd
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
150g Coriander leaves
Method :
# Wash & chop 🍅
# Soak Kaju & Melon seeds in warm water before 2 hours.
# Chop ginger & Green chilli.
# Soak dry red 🌶️ in normal water.
# Heat up oil in heavy bottom kadai.
# Add Khada masala , ginger & Green chilli.
# Saute few seconds.
# Add chopped 🍅
# Mix & Cook it on medium flame.
# Add spices when 🍅 are soft.
# Cook for 2 - 3 min.
# Now add coriander,Kaju & melon seeds paste and sugar.
# Mix and cook for 2 - 3 min.
# Switch off the flame when oil is separated.
# Let it cool completely.
# Grind it without water.
# Red Gravy is ready.
# Store it in fridge up to 1 week & in freezer up to 1 month 😊👍
