For this Lesson Look in video we are working to feel better barrel release timing and direction. This player really held onto his top hand wrist angle which inhibited him from releasing the barrel accurately/consistently/ and with maximum force. This is an issue I see a lot in young hitters who are forcing a “no rollover” move.
