Marathon training is in full swing and it is absolutely ride or die. Today I take you through a full, honest day in marathon training, with a threshold road workout in the morning, and a double run in the evening. I just hit my highest mileage week to date, over 100 miles, face fatigue head on, and battle with my body as it carries the fatigue of some heavy training weeks. I'm also laying the groundwork in preparation for a mid-training block race at the Falmouth Road Race. Its a ride!
