A.R. RAHMAN
I salute his genius. I love and respect his humility.
People told me A.R. Rahman is shy and doesn't open up in interviews, but I found him very easy to talk to.
AR spoke of things he had never talked of before. His childhood..his struggles..his family ..and of course his deep faith in his religion.
The absolute highlight for me was the last segment. That's when he brought his music equipment on the set and performed for me.
When he sang 'Vande Mataram'...I had goose bumps that wouldn't go away!
I don't think I will never forget A.R .Rahman's rendezvous with me...
