We’re Back! Upgrading to Lithium Batteries – Full Installation
Hello everyone! We know it’s been a few months since our last video – life has been very busy, but we’re finally back and have so many exciting projects to share with you!
In this episode, we’re making a long-overdue upgrade: switching from lead-acid to Renogy lithium iron batteries! We take you through the full installation process, from removing the old batteries to installing the new lithium setup, along with our 3000W inverter charger and battery monitor. We have included a discount code below for the batteries we have installed!
It’s been freezing lately, so working on the boat over the past few weeks was a real challenge…a big thanks to Simon, our marine electrician, who we couldn’t have done this without! Things didn’t exactly go to plan, Storm Eowyn putting the project on hold and Ashley losing his phone in the chaos… but we got there in the end!
