This recipe is a complete, easy, quick, nutritious and delicious dinner or lunch. It is low in calories, low in carbohydrates, creamy and will help you lose weight healthily and lose belly fat. 📋 RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 zucchini/courgette
- 1 eggplant
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 red bell pepper
- Salt, garlic powder (or freshly grated) and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 200g of ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
- 50g of grated light mozzarella
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Basil to taste
Makes 10 servings, each with 134 calories, 9g of carbohydrates (4g of fiber), 9g of protein and 7g of fat, approximately.
Bake only the vegetables in the oven for 20 minutes. After mixing in the cream, bake for another 15 minutes, approximately.
