Burnt garlic fried rice
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
¼ cup Chopped garlic
2 whole red chilli
1 tsp Chopped ginger
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Sweet corn steamed
¼ cup french beans
¼ cup bell peppers And carrot
5 cup Steamed basmati rice.
Salt to taste.
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Chopped spring onion
METHOD
1. Heat oil in a wok, and sauté ¼ cup chopped garlic and allow it to cook golden brown, remove 70 percent of the garlic from the wok for later use.
2. In the same wok diamond shape dried red chilli, black pepper powder, salt , add sweet corn along with chopped french beans, bell peppers, carrot and spring onion ( you can add your favourite seasonal vegetables of your choice or proteins like prawns, chicken etc as well) and chopped ginger ,saute all vegetables and keep a side.
3.Break eggs in a bowl and add salt and beat the egg.
4.Heat oil in same wok pour the egg and slowly cook.
5. Add saute vegetables and steamed rice.
6. Now add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce and spring onion over the rice and toss it on high flame.
7. Check the seasoning, add crisp garlic, spring onion and serve hot
Egg Fried Rice
1 Nos Egg
Salt To Taste
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
½ Cup Small Dices Of Carrots
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Cup Boiled Rice
I Tbsp Chopped Green Onions
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
½ Tsp Vinegar
½ Tsp Ajinomoto
For Egg Fried Rice
Heat Oil In A Hot Pan, Add Egg And Scramble It And Set Aside In The Same Wok Heat Oil Again, Add Chopped Garlic, Cook Till Golden Brown On A High Heat Quickly Add Diced Carrot, Salt And Pepper Powder And Sprinkle Water With A Close Lid Cook These carrots But It Should Have Its Crunch Add Boiled Rice, Spring Onion, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Ajinomoto, Scrambled Egg And Mix It Well. Garnish The Dish With Spring Onion And Serve With Chili Chicken.
Paneer Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp jeera
• 1 cup Chopped onion
• 1 TSP Chopped garlic
• 1 TSP Chopped ginger
• 1 TSP Chopped green chilies
• 1 TSP Red chilly powder
• 1 TSP Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp kichen king masala
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder
• 1 tsp kasuri methi
• 1/2 cup tomato puree
• 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp jeera powder
• 1/4 cup Paneer crumbled
• 1 cup fried paneer
• 4 cup cooked basmati rice
• 1tsp Chopped coriander
Method
1. Heat oil in a wok
2. add jeera, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilly cook for a min.
3.Then add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder, kitchen king masala, black pepper powder, Kasuri methi, jeera powder, and ginger and garlic paste cook further 4. Add and paneer crumbles, boiled rice, coriander, fried paneer cubes, salt Add all the and toss them thoroughly
5. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
Schezwan egg Fried Rice recipe
Ingredients:
For Schezwan Sauce:
1 tomato Few cloves of Garlic
1 inch size Ginger Sliced
1/2cup chopped Onions
10-15 Red Chillies soaked in hot water
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Water as required
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
For the Scrambled Egg:
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
For the fried Rice:
3 diamond shaped green chillies
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
½ cup chopped Yellow Bell Peppers
½ cup chopped Onions
½ cup chopped Green Bell Peppers
½ cup chopped Red Peppers
½ cup chopped French Beans
½ cup chopped Carrots
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 bowl steamed Rice
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped Ginger
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Pickled Ginger
1 tbsp Vinegar Scrambled Eggs
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ cup green part of Spring Onions
Method: For the sauce: Put the tomato, ginger, garlic, red chillies in a mixer grinder and grind them to a coarse paste. Now take a pan, add some oil, and then put chopped garlic and fry it till golden brown in colour. Now add the paste and then add tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce water, salt etc. and cook it for few minutes. Your delicious Schezwan sauce is ready.
For Scrambled eggs: Take a pan, put some oil. Break 2 eggs add some salt and mix everything and prepare scrambled eggs. Keep it aside
For the Fried Rice: Take a wok and keep it on the flame till it is super-hot. Now put some oil, and then add garlic and green chilli and sauté them till it is brown in colour. Now put all the veggies one after another and mix them. In this stage, put a generous amount of the schezwan sauce and then add rice and mix everything together. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and pickled ginger, salt and combine them thoroughly. Once I’s done add some black pepper powder and spring onion and a quick stir. Your yummy and mouth-watering Schezwan fried rice is ready. Serve hot. Enjoy!
