Restoring a Transport Trailer - Removing Rust, Making Axles, New Springs, New Brakes..

I got this old tandem trailer a few years ago for a bargain. The dual spring axle assembly has been problematic since I've owned it, so I'm replacing the assembly with a 4 spring system and restoring the trailer while I have it tipped over.
