Video Not Working? Fix It Now

See the steps I took to resurrect my CNet 12.0 BBS that I ran on my Commodore 64 from 1987-1989. This project started to see if I could even get it to run. It turned into a couple hundred hour journey to see if I could restore it and get it running better then how it did back in 1988.
