Retired race engine for $400 dollars!!!! Will it Run???

We bought this small block chevy retired race engine for four hundred bucks from an old timer who claimed it ran low 12's in his late 70's chevy camaro. Will this dirt cheap small block engine fire up in our freshly built engine run stand?
