This video will take you through the complete Reverse Engineering process of a complex, freeform molded seat part. The Scantech iReal M3 handheld scanner is used to create a digital image, and the point cloud data is then passed to Geomagic Design X to reverse engineer the final, usable CAD model. The complete reverse engineering process took approximately 2.5 hours.
