In the second of two videos covering the latest releases in Deutsche Grammophon's Original Source All-Analogue Vinyl reissue series, I discuss two excellent piano releases. First, a double-LP set of two of the great Mozart Piano Concertos, performed by Friedrich Gulda with Claudio Abbado and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Second, Maurizio Pollini's classic account of Chopin's "Preludes".
I also offer comparisons with other audiophile LP versions of both works.

My system, which has evolved over 25-plus years, is tube based and many pieces were acquired used. It was mostly put together with the invaluable help and ears of Eliot Midwood at Acoustic Image (https://acousticimage.com) who is also responsible for many of the fine recordings on the Yarlung label.
