Revisiting Uniracers on the Super Nintendo. Released in 1994 in America by DMA Design, and also known as Unirally in the UK, Uniracers was one of my favourite SNES games to play with your mates when it first came out.
I remember playing the game for hours with my friends, battling to see who could get the quickest time on each of the various courses. Initially the game is very easy to get into, however you need to practice and learn exactly when to flip boost on each course.
I enjoyed revisiting the game and had lots of fun completing the Bronze competition. The difficulty of the CPU increased somewhat on the last level Monster and it took a couple of goes before I was successful!
What are your memories of Uniracers/Unirally?
Game play recorded using my original Super NES I've owned since it was released in the UK. The console has been modified with a 50/60Hz switch and I captured the game using an RGB Scart lead to HDMI OSSC.
