I love teletypes, which might seem like a weird thing for a vintage computing dude to say, but really, teletypes are just electromechanical data terminals! And the Teletype corporation was an unstoppable juggernaut in the field of digital, serial communication for something like 50 years. One of their very last efforts at a printing data terminal was the Model 43, which is a beautiful little Teletype.
