These videos are not intended as tutorials for beginners. The content I create is meant for those who already have an understanding of cold process soap making. Cold process soapmaking involves working with sodium hydroxide (NaOH, also referred to as lye). Lye and raw soap can permanently damage your eyes and burn your skin. When making soap, you should already know and practice lye safe handling procedures and always wear safety gear during the entire soapmaking process, even while cleaning up. I hope you find watching my videos helpful or entertaining. However, due to the many variables that can affect a particular batch of soap, if you do try any of my methods or techniques that I use in my videos, I cannot be held liable or responsible for your results. ••• TIMELINE ••• 00:00 Intro & Safety Info 00:41 Himalayan Rhubarb 01:39 Oil Infusion 03:05 Lye 03:48 Oils & Butters 04:53 Make Soap 07:54 Unmold, Cut, Comparison 09:55 Soap Recipe #soapmaking #coldprocesssoap #rhubarbsoap
