↓↓↓ RECIPE ↓↓↓ Rice bread in a pan without an oven! It requires only 5 ingredients, and you can make it without an oven! 100% gluten-free, and vegan. For best results, I highly recommend using the metric/gram measurements. *1cup=240ml, 1Tbsp=15ml *No Substitution Unless Specified. INGREDIENTS (dia. 24cm pan) • 200 g rice flour • 200g silken tofu • 1 Tbsp sugar • 1 tsp sea salt • 3.5g dry yeast INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large bowl, whisk the rice flour, sugar, and salt together. 2. Add silken tofu. Combine well. 3. Add dry yeast and mix until it becomes a dough. 4. Grease a pan with oil. (We used 24 cm size) 5. Divide the dough into 7 pieces (or your preferred sizes), and place onto the pan. 6. Cover and heat on high for 10 seconds. 7. Let it rise for the next 30-40 mins in a pan until it will be roughly 1.5x in size. Repeat step 6 when necessary. 8. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. 9. You can store at room temperature for a few days. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to months. #vegan #glutenfree #plantbased
