Ingredients and recipe
✔️ Batter for the Noodles Roll
▪️ 1 cup rice flour
▪️ 1 cup tapioca starch
▪️ 2 cups room temperature water 480ml
▪️ 2 cups boil water - 480ml
▪️ 1 tsp salt
▪️ 1 tbsp cooking oil
✔️ Pork Filling
▪️ Ground pork 300g
▪️ Medium Carrot - 1x
▪️ Onion - 1/2
▪️ Dry earwood mushroom
✔️Fish Sauce
▪️ 1 cup water
▪️ 1/2 cup sugar
▪️ 1/4 cup fish sauce
▪️ 1/4 cup like juice
▪️ garlic , shallots and chillies to your liking
