Video Not Working? Fix It Now

We traveled on the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad by a Steam Engine Locomotive. It was magical to hear the train over the tracks, the steam erupting and the whistle blowing. This was a gorgeous ride that I believe we caught really well with this video. All of us had a great time taking in the experience. This video covers the beauty from every angle along the Animas River, in the Rocky Mountains, through San Juan National Forest and our stop in Cascade Canyon. It also shows a walk from the front of the train to the caboose, even shows the restroom and a sneak peak of the train engine itself. Unfortunately, there are a few artifacts on the lens of the camera, that is a known complaint with the Insta360, we could not see that our lens was dirty at all, but you can certainly see the artifacts here and there on this video, thankfully though, it does not take away from the quality of this video. Tips we did that helped our journey be even more enjoyable: - Most important tip for you photographers, sit towards the back of the train so you have a good view of the locomotive as you make turns, it really sets this experience apart from the cars closer to the front. - We bought the prepackaged lunches; they were pretty good (the bread has nuts so watch out if you have allergies) - We chose to eat our lunches on the train rather than a picnic in Cascade Canyon that way we could spend the hour exploring and not be in a rush. - We bought the coloring books offered at the time of purchasing tickets, it came in handy for Madilyn for sure. - We bought a geological map to make the ride a little more interesting seeing the different features pointed out in the map. #train #trainride #durango #silverton #rockymountains #cascadecanyon #animas #familyadventure #kids 00:00 Train Depot 02:00 First Train Whistle 03:07 Talking about the Train Ride 04:44 Tickets Please Folks 06:00 Whistle Blow 07:32 Sweet Moment Caught with Madilyn 08:22 Whistle Blow 09:28 Long Whistle Blow 09:47 Talking more about the Train Ride 10:33 Cool Train Track Sounds 11:41 Going Under Bridge 13:58 Talking about Geological Features 15:23 San Juan National Forest Sign 15:56 The Start of the Famous High Bridge 16:46 The High Bridge 22:07 Going Over the River 24:02 Quick Stop to Refill Water 24:22 Prepacked Lunches 24:51 Going Backwards to Park at Cascade Canyon 25:53 Cascade Canyon 28:34 Checking out the Steam Engine 30:43 A Glance of the Inside of the Steam Locomotive 31:57 A Walk from the Front to the Caboose INSIDE the Train 32:47 Snack Cart 34:21 Restroom 34:53 Leaving Cascade Canyon 35:48 Up-close to the River 40:50 A look at the Train Next to the Flowing River 41:54 Listen to the Raging River & Whistle Blow 43:15 Alot of Close Rock "Walls" on This Side Train Ride Back 43:52 Beautiful Valley (End of Train Portion of This Video) 44:52 Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum 53:21 TikTok Video from Phone Footage 56:30 Final Thoughts
