Risky Part-Ex Gamble On A Ford Ka 1.3 TDCI, Will I Make Any Money Selling It?

I've sold the VW Polo R Line and taken a risk on a part-ex Ford Ka for the value of £500. I've never had a part-ex before so have I made a mistake? Is there a profit in it? Can I fix all the problems and get the little KA back to a decent standard and up for sale? Trying to make some money selling cars!
