We’re heading east! After spending two months closer to Anchorage, we are moving east for our final couple weeks in Alaska. And first up: Valdez! We spent a very long day driving from Anchorage to Valdez and trying to enjoy the sights as much as we could along the way, including kayaking at Eklutna Lake and hiking the Lion’s Head Trail, plus admiring the scenery just from the van…this was our FAVORITE scenic drive in Alaska!
