The Artist Talks... with Robert Williams at the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery where his new works, Slang Aesthetics! in conjunction with 20 Years Under the Influence of Juxtapoz is currently in exhibition. Robert Williams is widely upheld as the godfather of the low brow and pop surrealist art movements, and with as much frequency denigrated as an irreverent iconoclast among the arbiters of “high” art. Williams refers to his art as "Feral Art, art that's raised itself out of the wilderness."
