Who is Kahori Endo?
Kahori Endo has been living in Paris since 1995. After working as a chef at Rose Bakery and Nanashi, he opened a restaurant "Le Petit Keller" in the 11th arrondissement of Paris in 2016 as the owner chef. He was instrumental in establishing the word and culture of "bento" in France.
