Rosemary’s Baby was a slow burning but incredibly crafted non-traditional horror movie. Polanski as usual continues to deliver amazingly directed films. Mia Farrow’s intensively intimate performance as Rosemary Woodhouse was a revelation. The supporting cast’s performances were very memorable, the writing was stellar, the score was eerie, the camera work was nuanced and although the movie did remind me of the Omen, the insane twist ending made it a completely different experience. You guys already know that horror isn’t my favorite genre but I know a well-made film when I see one and this one was an all-time classic, no doubts!
