5-Ingredient Rosh: Super Easy Rosh for Beginners

Ingredients
7-8 lbs. Beef (preferably with bones)
2 large onions
4-5 garlic cloves
1-inch ginger piece
2-3 green chilies (optional)
1 tbsp black peppercorns
Salt (to taste)
6-8 cups water
Instruction:
Put everything in the pot and cover it with the lid and seal the sides and leave a small hole as an exhaust. Leave for 3.5 hours on medium slow heat, once done remove the lid and serve.
