π₯ Hip Thrust: 3 sets of 12 reps (40 lbs)
β‘ Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (50 lbs)
π Leg Curls: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (50 lbs)
π€ Goblet Squat: 3 sets of 12 reps (30-35 lbs)
π₯ Single Leg Deadlift: 3 sets of 12 reps (40 lbs)
