Route 66 - The American Mother-road. This iconic highway has a rich history steeped in American culture. Our parents, grandparents, and great grandparents traveled this path to the west for decades. The route has been the backdrop for countless Hollywood films, it has inspired novels, brought people together, and has been the subject of legendary American songs. I'm riding my Indian Chieftain Dark Horse across the country - to rediscover America, and it all begins with Route 66.
