"Royal" yeast cake, baked in one cake. It combines 3 flavors: nuts, poppy seeds and your favorite jam or jam.
🧾 For cooking you need:
Form: bottom 21 by 21 cm, top 24 by 24 cm.
All products should be at room temperature.
🥧 Dough:
400-420 g of sifted flour
170 g of soft butter
90 g sour cream 18-20%
60 g of sugar
25 g of fresh yeast
4 egg yolks
1 bag of vanilla sugar
🥧 Stuffing:
Steam 200 g of ground poppy seeds
100 g of raisins
100 g of walnuts
4 egg whites
100 g of sugar
200-250 g of your favorite thick jam
🌡⌛ Bake at 180 °C for 45-50 min.
