I haven't talked about it much on this channel, but I play and enjoy a lot of Role Playing Games. While some of the games in this video have had so much discussion around them, I find that not a lot of people talk about the locations in said games. And while it can be easy to remember the intense action or emotional moments of games, the softer and chill moments in games are just as important. RPGs that have good or even excellent towns are important and it's usually the ultimate sign of a games quality. The amount of culture, the chatter of characters, and story relevance shows a commitment from game developers to express themselves, and that should be celebrated while they're still around and making games.
