There has always been somethng nagging in the back of Mary's mind. She has run 50km before, but it was virtual, broken down every hour, and the course was self selected (flat obviously). So she has run an ultra beofre... but she hasn't (if you get it). It's a classic runners mindset. Always do more. So this week Mary selected the UTMB 50km Ultramarathon in Thailand. With 2700m of elevation and over 30 degree celcius heat. If you're going to do something, may as well do it properly!!
