The Arc of Attrition is said to be the toughest 100 mile footrace in the UK, with tricky winter conditions and constant elevation changes it will be an incredible challenge for all who attempt it.
In January 2022, Sarah took on this challenge to try and complete the ultimate winter race. This film documents her journey along the South West Coast Path, so follow along to see what happened.
