Having the condition myself, and recently taken up the sport, I thought I would share some of the advice that has benefited me along the way.

Tip No.1 : Get Medical Advice
Tip No.2 : Start slow and build up gradually
Tip No.3 : Always carry your inhaler
Tip No.4 : Avoid extreme temperatures
Tip No.5 : Focus on your breathing
