In today's tutorial I will show you how to use the Russian ball tips.
Ingredients
2 ¼ cups all purpose-flour (sifted)
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs vegetable shortening
1 ¼ cups whole milk
1 bar of butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs
METHOD
1. Preheat oven between 340-345˚ F.
2. Prepare cupcake cups
3. In the mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients
4. Separately mix milk and vanilla
5. To the mixing bowl add he milk mixture, oil, and butter. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute.
6. Add eggs and mix for one minute
7. Bake from 20-25 minutes between 340-345˚ F.
Or until done when tested with a toothpick.
