Recipe:
3 ounces Pusser’s rum
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce cream of coconut
Some nutmeg
Fruit slices of your choice
This one’s real easy and is just your classic Painkiller tuned to the proportions that Big Apple Steve likes. Pour the Pusser’s, pineapple juice, and orange juice into a glass half filled with ice. While stirring with a long spoon, slowly incorporate the cream of coconut. Garnish with nutmeg and any fruit slices on top (oranges, pineapples, cherries recommended!) and enjoy.
