Whisky Wonderland
Ingredients: Whiskey, Egg Whites, Lemon, Simple Syrup, Red Wine Garnish: Chocolate Bitters
1) Add 1 egg white, 2 oz whiskey, 3/4 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed), 3/4 oz simple syrup.
2) Dry Shake (without ice to emulsify egg)
3) Add Ice and shake again.
4) Strain over rocks glass with fresh ice.
5) Carefully top with red wine to make a float.
6) Garnish with Chocolate Bitters design (will need a dropper and toothpick)
