Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In this episode of Sidetracked we introduce the Digitrax AR1 auto reverser. If you are going to add a reversing loop to your model railroad layout, then you will need some way to reverse the polarity in the loop. This tutorial will show you how to configure your layout to have the automatic polarity switching feature of the Digitrax AR1. We use two of them on the N gauge / N scale Brownsmith Railroad and they work wonderfully. We will show you how to do the wiring and keep that locomotive running right through the reversing loop!
