When I first met Nicole she was carrying a binder around with all of her ailments and diagnoses. No one could give her any real answers to what was going on with her health and she was stuck in the loop of doctors visits, testing and not getting any results. Today, she shares her story on how she broke that cycle by going inward and beginning to take back control of her stress levels, holistically. It has been amazing to witness her journey, and begin to watch her light shine bright. Now, she inspires others just by sharing her journey, her light and positivity with the world around her.
