年末年始も落ち着いて。
皆さま、たくさんお酒を飲んだでしょうか。年末年始や寒い季節はやっぱり日本酒ですよね。
いまや世界的にスタンダードなサケマティーニですが、僕は中途半端な味わいがどうも苦手でした。バーテンダーの石垣さんも長らく苦手なカクテルだったとのこと。ひとつの完成形ができたとのことで、早速撮影させていただきました。

The year-end and New Year’s season has been calm. I’m sure many of you enjoyed a lot of drinks. During this time of year, when it’s cold, there’s nothing like sake, right?
Sake martinis, which have become a global standard, have never been my favorite because of their somewhat lackluster flavor. Even bartender Shinobu Ishigaki, who has been working for a long time, mentioned that he didn’t like them much either. However, he has now come up with a perfected version, and we had the chance to shoot it.
It’s a surprising pairing of sake and chamomile. Be sure to try it at the bar!
