FOR SAKINALU RECIPE👉
INGREDIENTS :
Rice - 4kgs
Seseme seeds - 1 and half kgs
Ajwain - 100 grams
Salt - 100 grams
Water
Oil - to deep fry
PROCESS :
Wash Rice and soak for about 6 hours . Filter the soaked rice and let it dry for about an half hour . Grind rice into a powder .
Add seseme seeds ,ajwain , salt into grinded rice flour and also add water as required.
Make sakinalu as shown in video into a cloth and let sakinalu dry .
Add sakinalu into hot oil and deep fry 😋
FOR KARAM SAKINALU👉
INGREDIENTS:
RICE - 1 kg
Seseme seeds - 350 grams
Ajwain - 25 grams (4 tbsps)
Garlic pods - 10
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Salt - 25 grams (4 tbsps)
Chilli powder - 3 tbsps
PROCESS:
Add all ingredients into soaked and grinded rice flour . Add garlic ,jeera and water into a mixi jar.Add into rice flour and mix with water and make Sakinalu and deep fry till they turns into golden brown colour.
THESE measurements are for( RICE) not for rice flour
