INGREDIENTS:
lard with meat (undercuts, peritoneum, paunch) 1.5 kg.
garlic 10-12 cloves (2 heads).
salt 1 tbsp. l.
pepper (black, ground) 1 tsp.
nutmeg 1 tsp
grows. oil 2 tbsp. l.
seasonings for home sausages 2 tbsp. l.
bay fox + allspice to taste.
Marinate for 4-5 hours (you can overnight), bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, medium level, top-bottom mode for 1.5 hours.
