The golden lava filling is made of charcoal marinated salted egg yolks. Bao dough is also repeatedly rolled and folded three times to achieve bao crust with delicate internal texture. Freshly steamed, each bun is plumped round, soft fluffy with good spring back. Break open Liu Sha Bao while warm, golden lava filling within will burst out. Rich salted egg and milky flavor creates salty and sweet balance, so fragrant, mouthwatering! Storage Method: Best eaten warm after steamed. After cooling, store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 day.
